Turtle Caster
The Turtle Caster is a caster that is designed for applications where smooth, uninterrupted, free flow swiveling of a caster is required. Turtle Caster is designed with three swivel casters mounted to a triangular top plate. The weight capacity and the overall height vary according to which casters and wheels are mounted to the triangular top plate. The principle of the Turtle Caster can be applied to any series, but recently we have designed it for our 800, 1900, 5000 and Tornado series, ranging for capacities of 75 lbs. to 1,000 lbs. This caster design is excellent for studio, theatre and stage equipment manufacturing. For further details, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Ice Wheels They are the slickest looking wheels. They are available in our 800 & 900 series in our 3” yokes. It is so new; it is not even in our Y2K2 Catalogue. Available in an assortment of colours and it always comes with a Precision Ball Bearing.

Sliding Ladder Caster (Left & Right) Our 1900 series offers two models of the Ladder Spring Loaded Casters. Available in a left or right-sided version, these casters are excellent for inside/outside use, especially when the ground is uneven. This side mountable caster is excellent as a gate caster. Excellent when low clearance is required. This unit has an overall height of 8.1”

	Round & Square Expandable Stems Algood has recently made a few changes to our expandable stems. All the sizes indicated in the catalogue are now available and can be used with any of our Bolt Hole casters. This includes our 1900, 2003, 2009, MAXXÔ and EMAXXÔ series. For your convenience, the size of the expandable stem is now indicated on the insert. While the appearance has also been slightly changed however it remains an easy to use expandable stem.

Y2K2 Full Catalogue or Y2K2 Mini-Catalogue Algood is pleased to announce their completion of their 136 page Y2K2 Catalogue and available at no charge. As well, Algood is pleased to announce the completion of their 34-page Mini Y2K2 Catalogue. This is an excellent tool that enables distributor clients to focus on 80% of Algood’s caster line, high lighting Algood’s most popular and successful products. The Mini Y2K2 catalogues are available at no charge. For minimal cost and added bonus distributors can insert their name, address and logo on the front cover of the Mini Y2K2, however, minimum runs do apply.

New Plate & Stem Charts Algood has designed a new plate and stem chart, which is now available for all of our distributors. These wall charts have actual size drawings of our stems and plates as well as all of the dimensions indicated on the chart. It makes for an easy reference chart when trying to identify or match up a caster. Please contact our Customer Service Department to request your copy of these charts.



	New Protech™ sizes Algood has added to our ever popular ProTech™ wheel Series: 2 “ X 7/8” 2 ½” X 7/8” 3” X 7/8” The hub length on all three of the new wheels is 1”, they are also available with a 1/4” standard bore and a 3/8” alternative bore. These new ProTech™ are now in stock and ready for delivery by themselves or available in our 800 & 900 Series.

Heavy Duty RollX Wheels in 5”X2” & 6”X2” Algood is very pleased to announce the expansion of the RollX™ series with the addition of 2 new sizes of the 5”X2” & 6”X2” HDRX (Heavy Duty RollX™). The HDRX wheels are capable of capacities in excess of 2000 lbs capacity. Please note, that in order to carry this weight (RBC’s) Caged Roller Bearings are required.

	OneForm™ Rigid Caster Algood is extremely pleased to announce the completion of their New OneForm™ Rigid Caster for the EMaxx™ & 7000 Series. The OneForm™ is a magnificent engineering feat that enables Algood to provide their customers with a competitive product that reduces costs. Not only is the OneForm™ more competitive against currently manufactured Algood product, but the OneForm™ is more competitive than imported products! All of this has been achieved without sacrificing the quality of the caster. The OneForm™ is as durable as the welded rigid caster.

Family of Plastic Thread Guards Algood is the first company in the world to offer a complete line of plastic thread guards for all of its wheels. Thread Guards protect the axle and bearings from dirt and threads that wheels pick up in various environments, causing seizure of the bearing and wheel. Furthermore, Algood’s new Plastic Thread Guards are easy to clean and will not rust when washed down. The new Thread Guards are available in a variety of funky colours. Sure you have your standard Black, but they are available in White, Grey, Yellow, Blue, and just about any custom colour!

	Ductile Iron Wheels in 5”X2” & 6”X2” Algood is pleased to announce 2 new sizes of Crowned Ductile Wheels, 5”X2” & 6”X2”. These wheels are capable of 2,000 lbs capacity each. Please note, that in order to carry this weight (RBC’s) Caged Roller Bearings are required.

We have 6” pneumatic wheels available in black or non-marking grey treads. These durable pneumatics can go in many caster series that allow for a 2” Tread Width or 2 3/4” Hub Length, such as the Maxx™, EMaxx™, 7000, 6800, 6900, Tornado and Twister Series. Pneumatics are excellent for uneven floors or outdoors use. Pneumatics are shock absorbing, offer quiet operation and ease of rolling. Excellent for delicate materials and provide a smooth even ride. For manual operation only.
